"If in some moment we can define as a concret the King Crimson style is in their three albums of the 80'.
When the first rumors of a new incarnation of King Crimson and the edition of a new album was in the street, we all stand expecting. We were waiting for the music of King Crimson, our King Crimson.
Discipline, their first album of the new incarnation, came to the stores and the buyers were absolutely surprised.
We were waiting for the same "style" of the 70's and the sound of Discipline was not King Crimson, and was not of anything.
In these three albums King Crimson invent the rock and pop. Their way to combine the guitars under the voice of Belew was absolutely new.
The guitars with sophisticated effects gives a clean sound to the obsessives scales of Fripp and Belew, in the theme Discipline or in Frame by Frame.
King Crimson is renewed, and like always, is ahead to their time. Until now these three albums are innovative and one influence in the music that is made in our time."
